Thanks for participating in our Miz Thang's Photo Contest! Here are some basic rules and regulations to follow when using this site:

1. Users can upload six photos and stories per month per email address. Once the photos are uploaded, they cannot be edited or changed.
2. Your image will not appear on the site until our moderator views and approves the photo and story. This may take up to 5 business days.
3. Once your image is viewable on the site, you and other users can vote on this image. Voting is limited to one vote per day, per person, per image. However a user can and is encouraged to vote on several images on the site.
4. Once a vote has been tallied, you will not be permitted to vote on that image again until after midnight on the day you voted.
5. Miz Thang has the right to and will not post any photos or stories featuring inappropriate or offensive language or imagery. Let's keep it clean!
6. You choose the winners! The contest begins the first of each month and ends at the end of each month. Upon completion, the user and photo with the most points, will win the Grand Prize. The prize details can be viewed by clicking "Contest Prizes".
7. No purchase necessary. A purchase will not enhance your chances to win any prizes. Void where prohibited or restricted. Each entrant certifies that the story and photograph submitted is unique and was created by the user and does not contain any material that would violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including without limitation copyrights, trademarks or rights of privacy or publicity. All photos and stories become the property of Miz Thang.

9. No Purchase Necessary. Void in Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii and where prohibited. Open to legal U.S. residents 18 years or older. The Contest begins February 10, 2009 and ends December 31, 2009.
